Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables produced specifically for your business (such as your website content). We retain rights to our underlying tools, frameworks, and templates.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or business outcomes, although we work hard to deliver results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextReach Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
